We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to "Order History".
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions to print your shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately, including shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (frozen food, dairy, fresh produce)
  • Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or special-order products
